Why Choose an Intensive Course? 

The intensives have been created by Dr. Sophia, to allow action based steps to working on your issues faster but more intensely, so more work being done rather than spaced out over 6-8 months for 50 mins per session a week via a traditional counseling session.

This is essentially great for clients that are at wits end and are on the verge of breaking up and don’t have the time to sit in therapy sessions with lingering, emotional hurt, especially if their has been infidelity. With all things to consider, healing takes time, but this is the step in the right direction to start that healing process now before its too late.

Intensives are an added bonus for newly engaged couples who want to ensure they have the right tools and techniques to navigate their relationship so that past traumas, hurts and brokenness doesn’t follow them into this new relationship. Learning how to walk effectively together before you sprint into I do!

I was on the verge of a divorce, I was fed up with my marriage with my wife, we both were. But once we decided to do this as our last ditch effort, we started to go through the course and we were able to learn communication first.
